Well-being in offices matters

No matter if you work at home or in our office, life at Happenee is built on responsibility, mutual respect and fun. We believe the basis of good work is a supportive and kind environment where people can be themselves. Set desks and open-plan offices are not for us. Our goal is to inspire people. Do you like to be in the center of the action? Our kitchen and dining room is the hub of activity where you can meet all of us. We simply love eating together and catching up. Do you work better from the couch or at a desk? We have both. Kick off your shoes and take your pick from the largest choice of ice cream this side of the Alps, right there in our fridge. The Villa

We are located in Prague 14 in Hloubetin, about a five-minute walk from the tram and metro. Our street is in a quiet residential area. Our work schedule isn’t fixed, aside from our meetings. Working from home is something we cherish and is common here. We work according to what suits us and when we are at our most creative. This is not to take away from the tempting call of the villa which in many aspects is more comfortable than home itself.

The Office

We share our office in every meaning. Perhaps you want to sit at one desk with a bit of sun or need to work on a project in a quieter area; totally fine here. We all need to move around and understand no one likes to feel locked into one fixed spot. There is not a day here that feels routine!

Work in Comfort

Not everyone is at their best at a desk, for some a couch is enough. At Happenee, we lean into this. We have a covered balcony, a relaxation room, a room for table tennis and a formal conference room. Our relaxation room is filled with bean bag chairs and armchairs, and is intended for those looking for a bit of quiet. It is a perfect place to kick around ideas and to relax and let go while finishing some tasks.

We are Pet & Child Friendly

We value family. Our office has a children’s corner, so you can respond to emails in peace while the children play. And we haven’t left out our pets. Bring them along too!

The Commons

Besides a homey dining room, our kitchen has two refrigerators with a freezer largely devoted to our mutual love of ice cream. Our ice cream addiction will become apparent during your first visit — we will offer you some more than once. :)

Recording studio

We use this place to record everything we make: live streams, podcasts and videos.

Relax After Work

This is still under development and we are vying to see who will be first to take advantage of it. At the Happenee Villa, we plan to have a massage parlor. Can you think of a better way to relax after a hard day’s work?

Every office claims to be “fun & quirky,” but this is etched into who we are and what we value. We celebrate differences, diversity and welcome the individual.
