Manage speakers and moderators as structured records tied to sessions, published to the microsite and the event app the way attendees actually see them. One profile, one source of truth.
Used by teams managing speaker line-ups across dozens of sessions
The operational reality
A multi-day event has keynotes, session speakers and moderators, and a line-up that keeps moving until the week of the event. When this sits in a slide deck or a page builder, the record drifts: a bio updated in one place, the session assignment in another, and the page attendees open still showing last month’s line-up.
What it does
Every speaker is one structured record: name, company, role, photo, bio and language variants.
The same record renders on the microsite, in the app and on every session detail, so an attendee reads the profile in their own language.
Attach a speaker to one session or many, as speaker or moderator, with the two kept apart under their own headings.
The link is made from the speaker’s panel or the session’s Speakers tab, and a roster can arrive by Excel import with photos added after.
Release the line-up as it firms up. Every profile carries a publication state: published everywhere, in the agenda only, or hidden.
A speaker can sit on a session long before the name goes public, and “in agenda only” keeps them off the main speakers page.
Display prominence has three levels, Top, Higher and Standard, and the public speakers page renders in that order: keynotes at the top, session speakers below.
Draft and hidden states cover a line-up still in motion, and the level can be changed in bulk.
Across the event lifecycle
What you get
Keynotes and session speakers sit in clear order through display levels, without hand-arranging a page.
One speaker record drives the microsite, the app and every session detail, so a single edit updates everywhere.
Speaker records and their session history carry over to the next edition, so a returning keynote is a lookup, not a re-entry.
