The operational reality

Speakers are never just a flat list. Roles and session details drift out of date

A multi-day event has keynotes, session speakers and moderators, and a line-up that keeps moving until the week of the event. When this sits in a slide deck or a page builder, the record drifts: a bio updated in one place, the session assignment in another, and the page attendees open still showing last month's line-up.

What it does

Every speaker and moderator as a structured record

Store profiles as records

Hold each speaker as a structured record: name, company, role, photo, bio and language variants, so the same profile renders on the microsite, the app and every session detail.

Assign to sessions by role

Attach speakers to one or more sessions as speaker or moderator, moderators tracked distinctly, assignable from the speaker's panel or the session's Speakers tab.

Decide who is visible, and when

Release the line-up as it firms up. Every profile carries a publication state: published everywhere, in the agenda only, or hidden, so a speaker can be assigned to a session long before the name goes public.

Control prominence on the page

Set display prominence across three levels: Top, Higher, Standard, and the public speakers page renders in that order: keynotes carry the top, session speakers list below.

What attendees see

Attendees see the line-up, never the admin behind it

On the event page

The speakers page on the microsite renders straight from the records: keynotes at the top at the size their display level sets, session speakers below, each with photo, role and company.

On every session detail

Each session in the agenda lists its speakers and moderators under their own headings, so an attendee choosing between two rooms knows who is on stage before walking in.

In the event app

Tapping a name opens the profile: photo, bio in the attendee's language, and every session that speaker runs, each one savable to their My Agenda from there.

Across the event lifecycle

The roster you build is the roster you reuse

01

Build the roster

Build profiles with bio, photo, company, role and display level
Assign speakers to sessions in the correct role; track moderators distinctly
Set each profile's publication state and release the line-up as speakers are confirmed
Translate names, roles and bios for multi-language events
02

Run it live

Attendees browse speakers on the microsite and in the app
Each session detail shows its assigned speakers and moderators
Attendees open a profile and save that speaker's sessions to their My Agenda
03

Close the loop

Speaker and session relationships stay intact for reporting and reuse
Update or replace a profile without losing the session history behind it

Every speaker in their right place

Records, not slides

Speakers are structured records: bio, photo, languages, publication state, assigned to sessions by role, from the speaker or the session side.

The profile shown here is what an attendee opens, rendered from that one record.

Prominence under control

Three display levels decide who carries the main page and who lists in the program, with draft and hidden states for line-ups still in motion.

Key features

Three display levels, two roles, one speaker record

Three display levels

Top, Higher and Standard give structured hierarchy between keynote and session speakers.

Publication states

Including “in agenda only”: a profile appears on the session detail but not on the main speakers page.

Role per session

Speaker or moderator, assigned per session, with distinct headings in the event app.

Assign from either side

Add the link from the speaker's panel or from the session's Speakers tab, plus bulk actions for display level, state and removal.

Multi-language & import

Name, role and bio in multiple languages, so every attendee reads the profile in theirs, plus Excel import for rosters with photos added after.

Profile links to sessions

The public profile lists every session the speaker runs, and an attendee can save each one to their My Agenda without leaving the page.

What you get

One record that carries the whole event

30-minute call · tailored to your events

Clear hierarchy, no manual layout

Keynotes and session speakers sit in clear order through display levels, without hand-arranging a page.

No duplication

One speaker record drives the microsite, the app and every session detail, so a single edit updates everywhere.

Reuse across recurring events

Speaker records and their session history carry over to the next edition, so a returning keynote is a lookup, not a re-entry.
