Every e-mail an event sends, from the invitation to the day-of ticket, runs through one consistent layer, with segmentation by group, status and language built in.
Used by teams sending event e-mail from one place, on brand, in every language
The operational reality
The result is inconsistent branding, missing language variants, and attendees who do not know where their ticket is. Happenee treats communication as part of the operating model. Sender identity, attachments, language routing and targeting are event-level settings, not per-message improvisation.
What it does
Invitations, automatic confirmations after registration or purchase, and campaigns for reminders and follow-ups all run from the same layer.
Sender identity, branding and language variants are shared, a test send goes out before every bulk send, and each delivery is tracked per contact.
Address recipients by attendee status: invited, no reply, registered, attended, opened the app.
Status and group combine, so “registered AND VIP” or “no reply AND Czech-speaking” is a filter, not an exported list.
Segment by group as well: VIPs, speakers, partners, a ticket type, a workshop. Language variants follow each contact’s preferred language, with the event’s primary language as the fallback.
A campaign can be re-run only for contacts added after the first send.
Confirmations carry the PDF ticket with its QR code, an ICS file and a link into the event app, plus a personal registration link where you need one.
Sends, opens and registration state are then visible per recipient cohort.
Key features
Across the event lifecycle
What you get
One communication layer for every event in the workspace, with the right message reaching the right cohort in their language.
Fewer duplicate sends and fewer attendees missing their ticket, with a structured hand-off from e-mail into microsite, registration and event app.
See the communication funnel: send, open, registration, on-site, instead of guessing from scattered systems.
