Tickets & Payments keeps the sale inside the event: every order stays attached to its ticket, its invoice and the attendee who will walk through the door.
Used by teams selling tickets to conferences, expos and paid client events

The operational reality
A separate ticketing tool collects the money and hands back a list. Then the work starts: who paid, who still owes a transfer, who bought three seats and has not said who is coming, and which invoice belongs to which name at the door.
What it does
Turning Tickets on in event settings is the entire setup: no payment gateway to arrange, nothing to integrate. Choose CZK or EUR and decide how buyers pay: card, bank transfer, or both.
Each ticket carries a price excluding VAT, a VAT rate and its own invoice item, so accounting gets the label it needs while attendees see the name you sell under.
A ticket or a discount code can add the attendee to a group once they register, so communication, content and app visibility follow what they bought.
Card payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) return the tax document at once. Bank transfers open with a proforma invoice, a due date and a reminder, while ticket caps and sales windows keep capacity under control.
How it works
Not every price belongs in the public list. A ticket can be published, private or unpublished, and a private one sells through its own link or inside a ticket group. Partners, students and VIP guests open one link and see only the tickets meant for them.
Orders list the buyer, the payment method, the status and the variable symbol. Open one and the invoices, the tickets and the attendee behind each seat are already there. Correct the billing details and a new version of the invoice is issued without touching the numbering.
The buyer picks a ticket on their phone and pays. With automatic registration after ticket purchase, the QR ticket is issued straight away. With registration with additional information, the form comes after the payment, and you can resend the registration link or complete it on the buyer's behalf.
Key features
Early bird, standard, VIP, student or workshop add-on, each with its price excluding VAT, VAT rate, description and a separate invoice item.
Automatic registration hands over the QR ticket at once. Registration with additional information sends the buyer through the form first, on the same fields the event already asks for.
Cap the number on sale, open and close the sales window, force purchases in multiples of five, or let a company buy seats without naming anyone yet.
Public tickets sit in the purchase view, private ones sell through a direct link or a ticket group, and unpublished ones stay off the platform entirely.
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer in CZK or EUR, with proforma invoices whose due date never falls later than two days before the event starts.
Codes by percentage or value, with validity dates, a usage cap, selected tickets only and a group on redemption, plus individual and bulk links that skip the purchase entirely.
Orders, tickets and registrations live in the same event, so the money and the door list stop drifting apart.
A proforma invoice before payment, a tax document after it, and a fresh version whenever billing details are corrected.
Ticket statistics show sold, paid, unpaid, free and cancelled per ticket, with a monthly overview and exports by order or by ticket.
