“You don’t need any other apps. Everything is connected and continuously developed. We really value their support for our events and the flexibility to customize.”
Every event in Happenee gets a microsite that carries its information, handles registration, and hands the attendee off to the rest of the operating model, from one content set shared with the event app.
Used by teams publishing a branded page for every event on the calendar

The operational reality
Sponsorship logos, speaker lineups, venue details, FAQs, and registration links end up scattered across stand-alone sites, Notion pages, and internal documents. The result is inconsistency, and a hand-off from public page to registration to event app that gets rebuilt each time.
What it does
A public event page is produced automatically when the event is created. Every event in the workspace starts with the same shape.
The page is built from structured modules (Agenda, Speakers, Venue, Contact, Custom Content, Sponsors, Exhibitors), sharing one content set with the event app, so information is entered once.
Set per-module visibility, including group-based visibility for registered attendees, and run multi-language events with a per-language editor.
The page hosts the registration form or ticket purchase as its main call to action, with ticket selection, discount codes, and private ticket groups through dedicated links.
Across the event lifecycle
Agenda, speakers, venue and custom modules feed the microsite, the event app and e-mails from one content set. Update in place, publication is immediate.
White-label domain, brand colors and a configurable thank-you screen, and each group sees only the modules meant for it.
Key features
Event image, intro text, and a configurable position for the registration button.
Tabs driven by content modules, each with a visibility toggle, order control, and display variants.
Address lookup, embedded map, description, and a one-click hand-off to the device's map application.
FAQs, parking, dress code, area maps, and external links: multiple instances per event, with group-based visibility on every module.
Distinct layers for app home, detail view, and microsite, so the same module can stay brief on the app and expansive on the web.
Run domain, brand, and event app under your own identity, with a customizable thank-you screen and placeholders for attendee and event name.
What you get
Every event in the workspace has the same structure and the same quality baseline, and a consistent attendee experience across a full calendar of recurring events.
Content entered once flows into the microsite, the event app, and e-mails: less time rebuilding landing pages for each edition.
A clean path from public page to registration to event app, built into the platform instead of wired up by hand.
