The operational reality

Most platforms bolt on a separate networking tool. That means another login and another data silo

Each one adds another login, another data silo, and another integration to maintain. Organizers end up reconciling attendee records, meeting schedules, and exhibitor staff across systems they don't control.

What it does

Run networking from the same registry as the event

Publish an attendee directory

Every registered attendee appears straight away with name, job title and company. Contacts, socials and a photo are theirs to add, exhibitor representatives are marked explicitly, and visibility is scoped to the whole event or specific groups.

Message inside the app

Enable one-to-one chat between registered, signed-in attendees, no outside accounts, no spam from people who never registered for the event.

Book one-to-one meetings

Run a meeting booking system with attendee-defined availability slots. Recipients confirm or decline, and exhibitor reps take bookings directly to their stand.

Capture and export contacts

Save contacts with a “Save contact” action or by scanning the QR code on a printed badge, then export captured contacts and booked meetings for post-event follow-up.

Across the event lifecycle

Profiles become meetings, meetings become follow-ups

01

Set it up

Decide whether networking fits the event and who should be visible to whom
Configure visibility: all attendees or restricted groups
Enable private messaging and the meeting booking system as needed
Prompt attendees in invitations to complete their profile and set availability
02

Run it live

Attendees browse the directory, save contacts and scan badge QR codes
Messages and meeting requests flow inside the app; recipients confirm or decline
Exhibitor representatives take bookings directly at the stand
03

Close the loop

Export contact lists and meeting logs for organizers and attendees
Reuse directory behavior and visibility rules for the next edition

Meetings happen inside your event

A directory with built-in booking

Once networking is on, attendees are in the directory from the moment they register. Nobody has to send a request and wait to be approved before they can see who else is coming.

Profiles, in-app chat and 1:1 meeting slots sit on the same record, and attendees book against real availability without a second platform or another login.

Contact data, organizer-controlled

A contact changes hands only when an attendee scans a badge QR or holds out their own, so the exchange is an act each side takes. The records belong to you, exportable from the event, not locked in a vendor’s silo.

Leaderboard

Points for the moves that make an event work

Including limits on how often the same code can score

What earns points

Scanning a partner’s QR at a stand or another attendee’s badge, posting a photo, downloading a deck, following a sponsor link, and attending a session recorded at check-in.

The ranking attendees see

Inside the app everyone sees where they stand against the whole event, or only within their own group when groups are set up.

Prizes and the announcement

The reward is yours to choose: a physical prize, a title in the app, or access to something exclusive. Pull the final ranking from the admin when it is time to name the winners.

Key features

Profiles, chat and meetings on a single attendee record

In the directory from the start

Name, job title and company are listed for every registered attendee, with no request to send and no approval to wait for. Anything more is theirs to add, and hiding the profile completely also gives up their own view of the list.

One-scan contact capture

A unique per-attendee QR code, printed on the badge at check-in, captures a contact in a single scan.

Signed-in chat only

One-to-one chat is restricted to signed-in attendees, no spoofing, no spam from outsiders.

Meeting booking with slots

Attendees manage their own availability slots, time and location, and meetings can be booked to an exhibitor's stand.

Group-level visibility

Run networking only for VIPs, partners, or a specific cohort, and surface exhibitor reps marked as Exhibitor in the directory.

Exports and an off switch

Saved contacts export in a vCard-style file, networking can be switched off for the event entirely, and every attendee can hide their own profile.

What you get

Networking you own, data and privacy included

30-minute call · tailored to your events

One system, no reconciling

Networking runs in one system with the rest of event operations, no second platform to license or reconcile.

Privacy you control

Visibility and privacy are controlled by the organizer, not by a third-party matchmaking vendor.

Networking that shows up in the numbers

Who met whom, when and where is structured data, not a folder of business cards. It reports alongside registrations and attendance, so the networking half of the event can be argued for on evidence.
