The reality

A virtual event lives or dies on attention, and a plain webinar link gives you none of it back

Holding attention

Keeping a remote audience engaged when the next tab is one click away.

More than a stream

Agenda, materials, networking and Q&A that a video call cannot give you.

No record

Who watched, for how long and what they asked, lost in a webinar tool.

What you can run

Webinars, summits and virtual expos, end to end

People stay past the first talk

Online you have nothing but the content to hold attention. A full agenda, named speakers and a stream people can talk in give them a reason to keep the tab open. Or give them a place: a branded 3D environment with the stage, the expo and a relax zone.

  • Full agenda across days and tracks
  • Livestream with chat, questions and polls
  • Speakers with bios and their sessions
  • In the browser, as an app or a 3D environment, nothing to install

Why Happenee

Attention you hold, engagement you measure

More than a livestream

Agenda, materials and networking around the video, not just a feed.

One attendee journey

Register, join, watch and connect, all in one app.

Measurable attention

Viewership, watch time and questions, measured per session.

Reusable virtual model

Build the virtual event once, then reuse the model for the next edition.

Two ways to run it

A livestream, a 3D environment, or both

Choose the venue per event. A livestream in the Online module when the sessions are the point; a branded 3D environment when attendees should have a place to walk through, from the lobby to the expo. Registration, agenda, networking and analytics stay the same behind either.

A livestream in the Online module

The stage is a stream with chat, Q&A, polls and a Social Wall around it, and the agenda, materials and networking in the same app. The right choice when the sessions are the point and attendees mostly watch.

A branded 3D environment

A virtual venue Happenee builds in your brand: lobby, stage, expo with partner booths, relax zone and agenda, walked through in the browser. The right choice when attendees should meet the company, the partners and each other, not only the speakers. Genesys ran its virtual conference this way and Weber trains craftsmen in one all year.
