Used by teams that run registration for everything from VIP dinners to public conferences

The operational reality

No two events register the same way, so each one is rebuilt from scratch

One event is an invitation-only VIP dinner, the next a paid conference, the next an internal all-hands. Without structure, organizers lose track of who's allowed in, who still owes an answer, and what data was collected.

What it does

Every registration decision, explicit and repeatable

Decide who can register

Choose the model per event (public link, personal link, domain-restricted, or nominated) and control event visibility and access inside the event app.

Collect the right data, once

Gather structured contact data and event-specific answers in one registration form, with conditional questions that branch so each person sees only what applies to them.

Route and group automatically

Assign attendees into groups by their answers, ticket, or nominator, and delegate invitations to nominators with per-person limits and isolated dashboards.

Cap capacity and close on time

Set a maximum number of attendees and a registration deadline, track seats on capacity questions like buses and dinners, and on free events let attendees cancel their own registration up to a date you choose.

Across the event lifecycle

Open at the invite, closed at the export

01

Set up the event

Choose the registration model: open, personal, domain-restricted, or nominated
Configure required fields, additional questions and consent blocks
Set capacity limits, deadlines and cancellation rules
02

Run it live

Keep accepting registrations up to the deadline or capacity cap
Approve or reject incoming registrations where approval is enabled
Let nominators invite and manage their own lists against quotas
03

Close the loop

Export registration data and attendance records
Retain group assignments for future events in the same workspace

Registration determines more than the guest count

Nominated invitations with quotas

Seats are usually handed out by people who are not on your team. Branches, partner firms, sponsors and executive assistants each get an allocation, name their guests by e-mail, and someone retypes the answers into the list every time one of them changes.

Here each nominator gets their own dashboard, sees only the people they invited, and can go up to the limit you set and no further. The person they nominate fills in your normal registration form, answers the same conditional questions, and gets the same ticket as anyone else.

You keep one guest list and a live count against every quota, and who invited whom stays on the contact, so it carries into targeted communication, reporting and next year's allocation.

Approvals before anyone is confirmed

Turn on approved registration and every sign-up waits in the Registrations list until someone accepts or rejects it. The attendee gets the matching confirmation e-mail either way, so nobody is left guessing.

Accommodation and seating, answered in the form

Multi-day events are booked by the room, not by the head. Attendees pick their roommate while they register, choosing from the people already assigned to the event, so nobody is matched by hand from a spreadsheet afterwards.

The result exports as a rooming list the hotel can work from, and for large corporate events zone-based seating puts each group in its own block.

Key features

One registration form, configured per event

Four access models

Public link, personal link (non-forwardable), domain-restricted, and nominations, chosen per event.

Automatic or extended

Attendees get their QR ticket immediately, or pass through a follow-up form for dietary, travel or workshop data.

Conditional questions

Questions branch based on a chosen answer, keeping every form as short as it can be.

Answer-level grouping

Choosing “Brno” puts an attendee in the Brno group for targeted communication, with live seat tracking for capacity choices like buses and workshops.

Approvals & nominators

Approve or reject each sign-up before it counts (free events only), and hand invitations to nominators who work from their own dashboard, list and limit.

Consents & data retention

The form closes with your personal-data text and the consents beyond legitimate interest, and any question can delete its answers three months after the event.

What you get

A registration funnel you can actually measure

30-minute call · tailored to your events

One consistent model

The same registration model across every event in the workspace, and fewer manual spreadsheets and phone calls chasing missing data.

Clear attribution

Know who invited whom through nominator groups, with structured consent and data retention handled in the system.

A measurable funnel

See the registration funnel per event, per ticket, and per group, not scattered across forms and inboxes.
