We are pleased to introduce our new ticketing module, which is now part of our event management platform. We designed this module to make it easier for you to sell tickets, manage attendees, and to give you flexible tools to boost attendance at your events.

What main features and benefits does the new system bring you?

• Payment in CZK and EUR: let your attendees pay in Czech crowns or euros according to their preference, which will expand your reach to an international audience.
• A varied selection of tickets and their combinations: create different types of tickets (e.g. Standard, Premium, VIP) and allow them to be combined freely. Flexibility in your ticket offering will increase the appeal of your event.
• Support for all variants of discount codes: offer your attendees various discounts and promotions thanks to support for all types of discount codes. You can create one-time codes, volume discounts, time-limited promotions, and much more to increase sales and motivate attendees.
• Purchase on behalf of others (e.g. an assistant): allow companies and teams to buy tickets for multiple attendees at once. The purchase can be made, for example, by an assistant or a team manager.
• Automated payments by card or proforma invoice: simplify the payment process with an automated system that accepts card payments and generates proforma invoices without the need for manual intervention.
• Easy management of multiple tickets: when buying a larger number of tickets, the buyer can immediately fill in the details of the individual attendees. Each of them receives an email with a link to generate their ticket. If the details are not known right away, the buyer receives links that they can pass on later or use to complete the registration on behalf of others.
• Simple ticket collection for VIPs or partners: for complimentary, VIP, or partner entries, you can generate bulk or individual links. Recipients can thus collect their tickets directly, without having to enter discount codes or coupons.
