The holidays are in full swing, and that goes for summer events too. Festivals and concerts are everywhere, and you hear about them at every turn. But plenty is happening behind the scenes as well — events focused on building community, education, networking and sharing experiences. We feel right at home in this environment, and we're glad that more and more of these events are coming to life.

Happenee and whitelabeling? Of course!

Do you want to build a community of loyal people or attendees? The ideal approach is to build it around your brand. When you forge a strong bond between your community and your brand, you kick off a long-term relationship that not only brings you more attendees (and with them higher revenue or profit), but also creates organic promoters. They will spread awareness and references about your events or brand of their own accord — free marketing.

What are whitelabeling and branding?

Whitelabeling allows companies to take a finished product or service and mark it with their own logo and visual identity, making it easier to present the product as their own. Branding encompasses all the elements that make up a brand's identity — logo, colours and overall visual style.

What benefits can whitelabeling bring you?

  • Building your brand: Whitelabeling allows companies to mark the app with their own logo and brand elements, which strengthens brand awareness and increases customer trust.
  • Customisation and consistent communication: Companies can adapt the app to the specific needs of their customers, attendees or clients. This includes integration with other business applications and adjustments to the user interface.
  • Reducing costs: Companies don't have to invest in developing their own app, website or email templates, which significantly reduces the costs associated with organising an event.

Happenee enables complete branding/whitelabeling not only of the event's web microsite or invitation emails, but above all of the mobile app, including your own branded app in the App Store and Google Play. Interested? Let us know about yourself!

Moonshot Camp 2024

Moonshot Platform was founded in 2022 on the idea that young changemakers hold the key to solving some of the most pressing challenges of our generation.

This year it held the 2nd edition of its accelerator for the new generation of changemakers — Moonshot Camp, where 100 young, purpose-driven leaders and expert mentors from around the world came together for a transformative gathering that fosters innovation and collaboration, all while tackling complex global challenges.

We're glad we could be there and that our app helped make the event a success.

  • brand awareness thanks to complete branding/whitelabeling
  • push notifications, programme, speakers
  • complete information about the event
  • guides, FAQs

Community education for young talent under the direction of ECCEDU

In July, we had the honour of being part of UECCEDU's summer Grand Reception, which took place on 9 July 2024 in the beautiful spaces of Kunsthalle Praha. This event brought together more than 350 guests from more than 30 countries and 300 companies, who actively got involved in the proceedings. It was a unique gathering full of inspiring conversations and new friendships, where the Eduard app (from the Happenee family), created especially for ECCEDU, was put into action for the first time. Thanks to our solution, guests could easily connect, share contacts and have all the important information about the event literally at their fingertips. We're glad we could contribute to the success of such an important event!

Community sharing of know-how and networking were invaluable for all attendees, and Happenee contributed significantly to this as well, ensuring effective networking, smooth registration and seamless check-in 🚀.

58th Karlovy Vary IFF: Distributed invitation process and the Nominations module in action

Were you in Karlovy Vary this year? If you stopped by the Vodafone Business Lounge, you might have noticed our branded app. What you may have overlooked, however, was the use of our new “Nominations” module.

This module allows sales representatives to conveniently nominate their clients and partners in their own administration, invite them or create registrations directly on their behalf — in other words, to use a distributed invitation process. How does it all work?

The distributed invitation process allows organisers to significantly streamline the management of event invitations. In addition to the standard centralised invitation process, where the organiser sends the communication and invitations themselves, there is the option to nominate other people (for example sales representatives, bankers or colleagues) who have their own access to the administration and can manage attendee invitations independently. This decentralised approach means that the entire process does not have to be managed from a single place, which saves a lot of time and allows for a smoother organisation of the event. This module is now just waiting for your events 🤗.

Event Tech Almanac 2024

Not long ago, Skift Meetings put together an overview of 85 event tech platforms across four key categories (marketing and sales, experience, data, and privacy, security and support). In addition to comparing event technology platforms, the Event Tech Almanac 2024 offers a comprehensive look at the event technology landscape. It examines how leading event technology companies are adapting to the demand for more tailored solutions, and gives readers a glimpse into the future of event technology and its possible impact on the industry. We're glad that we're seen as one of the leaders in the field internationally as well 💙.
