The event season is in full swing, and many people are heading to events to meet others, make contacts, or dig up new business opportunities. That's why, since the beginning of the year, we've been working on a new version of our Networking module, which has a successful launch in the form of Career Expo Praha 2024 at O2 Universum.

What does the new Networking module 2.0 make possible?

We've expanded the existing Networking module with a QR code feature, which opens up plenty of new possibilities and makes establishing connections between attendees and exhibitors significantly simpler and more pleasant.

• It lets exhibitors create a unique list of attendees who have expressed interest in their booth.
• By scanning QR codes at booths, visitors can intuitively build their own personal list of all the booths they've visited that caught their interest and later choose whom they want to keep communicating with.
• Both sides have the option to write a private message, arrange personal meetings, and see who has saved whom

One QR code to rule them all…

Doesn't the visitor have the mobile app? No problem. QR codes have the magical power to use one code for several different purposes. In this case, exhibitors can scan the QR code from a ticket or a printed badge and add them to their list of interested attendees.

Generating a certificate from the event

• We'll create a certificate template for you that has dynamic fields for the event name, event date, attendee name, and so on.
• At the same time, you can send attendees an email with a link to the certificate, or to generating it, which they can then download as a PDF.
• Generating and distributing certificates thus happens automatically and within a few seconds.

Distributed invitation process

Easy and efficient creation of registration forms and an invitation process for salespeople or other representatives so they can invite their contacts, and you can then simply sit back and monitor and evaluate where registrations are coming from and which audience performs best.
