Due to the COVID pandemic, the client needed to handle internal communications online. Generali was looking for a unified communication solution for its entire community of intermediaries, partners and employees.
They also needed to address training and onboarding days for their employees. Everything had to meet the criteria of an engaging and interactive way of communicating; the focus on participant engagement and overall impression was essential.


Customized 3D environment for internal and external events including conferences, training, onboarding, etc. Complete event organization, email campaigns, segmentation, registration, setup of accesses via corporate login (SSO). The 3D client environment was created as a gateway to corporate events, for communication between attendees with each other, to use the social wall or relaxation room by the attendees themselves. This environment also included 3D booths offering company services or products and other activities to engage participants
